
Radish Dressing

Ingredients
5 radishes, coarsely chopped
½ c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Sherry wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey mustard
½ tsp. minced garlic
Directions
- Place radishes in a food processor or blender. Add oil, vinegar,
mustard and garlic.
- Process until thick dressing forms. Season with salt & pepper.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Note: This dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill
until ready to use. Bring just to room temperature before using.
