Tree and Leaf Salsa

Ingredients
3 to 4 tomatoes, cubed
½ c. chopped basil
2 sprigs of thyme
¼ Tbsp. minced hot pepper
salt & pepper to taste
¼ c. vinegar
1 small chopped onion
Directions
Mix and let stand for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips, or as condiment for Quesadillas!
